Memory-keeping platform for families
Outcome
Designed and built an end-to-end memory-keeping platform with web, iOS and Android clients and a shared NestJS backend. Live with paying users across the UK, US, and Sri Lanka.
The challenge
Founders needed a way to validate a multi-platform consumer product without spending a year on engineering before learning if users would pay.
Our approach
We compressed the build by sharing the data model across web and mobile, using React Native for a single mobile codebase, and shipping a thin but credible product into the App Store and Play Store on week 12.

- Live on web, iOS, and Android in 12 weeks
- Multi-tenant storage with media-pipeline (image, video, audio)
- Stripe-ready subscription flow for the next phase
